What we collect
We collect your email, selected items, consent and order status now, and shipping information when you complete your order. Stripe collects billing details needed for payment and tax. We use these details to process orders, deliver products, issue refunds and answer support requests. Stripe processes card information; Fanroom does not store full card numbers or security codes. Support messages include the email and text you provide.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments and tax calculations. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare deliver the storefront. Our Hostinger-hosted service stores order records and support requests. Our email providers deliver transactional messages. Fulfillment partners receive the information needed to ship your order.
Storage and messages
Your bag is saved in local storage. Checkout details and a private order link may be stored for the browser session. Necessary hosting and security logs may contain IP addresses. We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics to understand visits, referral sources and shopping activity. Analytics excludes private order pages, contact details and payment information. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings. We do not use advertising pixels or session recordings, and a purchase does not sign you up for unrelated promotional email.
Your information
Keep private order links confidential. We retain records needed for fulfillment, support, accounting and legal obligations. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, email hello@revenuepack.com. Do not send card numbers.
