Before shipment
Use your private order link to cancel, or email hello@revenuepack.com from the address used for your order. We refund the full payment, including shipping and tax, to your original payment method. If we cannot ship by the date on your order, we automatically cancel and refund.
Refund timing
We submit refunds promptly. Your order page shows whether Stripe is processing the refund or has issued it. Banks commonly take 5–10 business days to display the credit. Contact us if a refund needs attention.
After delivery
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. Unwanted items must be unused and in their original packaging; you pay return postage. We refund the item price and applicable item tax after receipt. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover the return and offer a replacement or full refund. Do not send a return until we provide instructions. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Earlier free reservations
Earlier $0 reservations remain free and are never automatically charged. Cancel from the original private link. There is no payment to refund.
