Preorders and payment
New preorders charge a refundable $5 fee per order through Stripe, including any tax on that fee. It reserves your selected designs and is credited in full toward your product total; it is not full payment for the goods. We collect your email and contact you when ready to ship. You must separately approve and pay the remaining product balance, shipping and applicable tax before shipment. There is no subscription or automatic later charge.
Shipping and refunds
The date stated on your order is our dispatch target and automatic refund deadline. You may cancel for a full refund before shipment. If your order has not shipped by that date, or we cancel production, we cancel and refund the full payment, including shipping and tax, to the original payment method. We do not silently extend that date. For orders without a delivery guarantee, transit time after dispatch depends on the carrier. See our returns page for delivered items.
Delivery guarantee
For orders with a December 24, 2026 delivery target, the deadline is 11:59 p.m. Eastern. If delivery is late or unconfirmed, we automatically refund the full payment, including shipping and tax. No return is required. Production and delivery are not yet confirmed; this is a money-back guarantee. New checkout closes November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Complete payment before your Stripe session expires. The deadline recorded on your order remains binding if new sales close.
Product details
Product images are design previews. The product description shown at checkout defines your preorder. Material changes to the product require your agreement; otherwise we cancel and refund. Minor manufacturing and screen-color variations may occur. We do not substitute a different product without your consent.

Earlier paid preorders
Orders paid in full before this change keep their recorded prices, shipping charges, payment amounts and refund and delivery terms. This $5 offer does not change those orders or create another charge.
Earlier free reservations
Earlier card-only reservations do not authorize payment. They remain cancellable and require a new, separately approved payment checkout to become a purchase.
